Hearing Evaluations

Our comprehensive hearing evaluations use advanced diagnostic technology to assess your hearing health and provide a detailed understanding of your hearing abilities. Evaluations may include pure-tone audiometry, speech recognition testing, tympanometry, and acoustic reflex testing to evaluate hearing sensitivity, speech understanding, middle ear function, and auditory reflex pathways. These results help our audiologists identify hearing concerns and develop personalized recommendations based on your individual needs.

Hearing Aids

We partner with all major hearing aid manufacturers to provide personalized solutions tailored to your hearing needs, lifestyle, and budget. Our audiologists offer comprehensive hearing aid services, including device selection, professional fittings, real-ear measurements, programming, fine-tuning, and ongoing care. We are committed to helping you get the most out of your hearing aids so you can stay connected to the people and experiences that matter most.

Cochlear Implants

For individuals with severe-to-profound hearing loss who receive limited benefit from appropriately fitted hearing aids, cochlear implants may provide access to sound and improved communication. Our team provides comprehensive cochlear implant evaluations, programming, and ongoing management in collaboration with Dr. McElveen and Dr. Johnson. We work with all major cochlear implant manufacturers and provide recommendations to help each patient select the technology that best fits their hearing needs, lifestyle, and communication goals.

Bone Conduction Implants

Bone conduction implants may be an option for individuals with conductive or mixed hearing loss who cannot adequately benefit from traditional hearing aids due to conditions affecting the ear canal or middle ear. These devices transmit sound through bone conduction, bypassing the outer and middle ear to stimulate the functioning inner ear. Our audiology team provides comprehensive evaluations to determine candidacy, including hearing testing and assessment of hearing aid benefit, and provides ongoing programming and management in collaboration with Dr. McElveen and Dr. Johnson.

Electrophysiological Testing

Electrophysiological tests, including auditory brainstem response (ABR) testing, measure how the hearing nerve and brainstem respond to sound using small electrodes placed on the skin. These noninvasive tests are useful for infants, young children, and anyone who cannot complete standard hearing tests, and can help evaluate hearing sensitivity and the function of the auditory pathway.

Tinnitus Management

Ringing, buzzing, or humming in your ears can be debilitating. We offer comprehensive tinnitus evaluations and personalized management plans including sound therapy, counseling, and hearing aid-based solutions.
